SHIPPING, DELIVERY & STORE PICKUP POLICY
GBK Hair Extensions
Luxury takes intention.
Every order is individually inspected, washed, air-dried, and prepared before shipment to ensure it meets our raw quality standards. We do not mass-ship hair without preparation.
Please review this policy before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Why?
Each bundle is:
• Inspected for texture consistency
• Washed
• Air-dried (never machine dried)
• Quality checked
• Tagged and packaged
This preparation ensures longevity, softness, and performance upon install.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During launches or restocks, processing may extend slightly.
SHIPPING TIME (After Processing)
U.S. Standard: 2–5 business days
U.S. Express: 1–2 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation upon delivery to prevent fraudulent claims.
STORE PICKUP POLICY
Customers may select Store Pickup at checkout if available.
Please note:
• Store pickup orders follow the same 3–5 business day processing time
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready
• Do not arrive before receiving confirmation
Pickup Window:
Orders must be picked up within 2-3 days of the ready-for-pickup notification.
If not picked up within 7 days:
• The order will be restocked
• Store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee
We do not automatically ship store pickup orders.
If you change your mind and request shipping after selecting pickup, a shipping fee will apply.
Customers must bring:
• Government-issued ID
• Order confirmation email
The name on the order must match the ID.
ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY (Shipping Orders)
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect addresses
• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Packages marked delivered
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is missing:
- Check your property
- Check with neighbors
- Contact the carrier
- File a claim
We will assist with documentation but are not liable for stolen packages.
UNDELIVERABLE / RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal of delivery
The customer will receive store credit only, minus original shipping fees.
Reshipping requires a new shipping payment.
NO CASH REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not provide:
• Cash refunds
• Refunds to debit/credit cards
• Refunds to Afterpay or Sezzle
• Refunds to original payment methods
If a return is approved (rare cases only), store credit will be issued.
ORDER INSPECTION WINDOW (48 HOURS)
Customers must inspect their order within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
If there is a verified issue, email:

Include:
• Order number
• Clear photos
• Product in original packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.
RAW HAIR DISCLAIMER
Because we sell authentic raw hair, slight variations in:
• Curl pattern
• Natural shade
• Texture
• Density
are normal and not considered defects.
Raw hair is not factory processed.
Luxury means individuality — not uniformity.
FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:
• Immediate dispute submission with proof of delivery
• Signature documentation (if applicable)
• Transaction and IP records submitted to your bank
• Permanent ban from future purchases
Fraudulent claims will be contested.
