Here at GBK Hair Extensions, we take pride in our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we do offer  an exchange, not including applicable shipping costs and taxes.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concernsIF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, OR MANIPULATED WITH HEAT OR CHEMICALS OF ANY SORT ALL EXCHANGE POLICIES ARE VOIDED

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE PLEASE SEE THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

  1. THE HAIR MUST REMAIN IN THE BUNDLE AND NOT BE UNTIED AT THE TOP
  2. THE HAIR MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGGED.
  3. RETURNED PACKAGES MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. TO INCLUDE ANY GIFTS OR ORIGINAL PACKAGING EX. HAIR BAGS.
  4. MERCHANDISE MUST BE PHYSICALLY RECEIVED BEFORE EXCHANGE CAN BE GRANTED.
  5. THE PRODUCT MUST BE SENT BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ALLOWED DUE TO THE EXCLUSIVE NATURE AND HIGH APPEAL OF OUR PRODUCTS. WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY FOR PRODUCTS WITH THE SAME OR HIGHER VALUE.

We do offer exchanges if the returned product meets our requirements:

  1. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  2. We will not accept exchanges of products that have been altered or used in any way. This includes hair that has been cut, processed, colored, or untied at the top of the bundle.
  3. Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer’s expense. 
  4. We offer one exchange per original order (Domestic U.S. only). Gbk Hair extensions  will pay the shipping costs to mail the exchanged product(s) as a one-time courtesy. International customers must bear cost to ship items.
